Three21 Cosmetics is a global, sophisticated, black-owned cosmetic line founded in March of 2018. Starting as a small start-up built from the imagination of owner Kelli B.. At a time when makeup lines where becoming too predictable and weren't serving to all women. She saw a line made for women who commanded the world they lived in and walked with confidence. She created a line for every kind of woman's beautiful, while also providing products that represented women like her.
From Personal
Ms. Kelli had a love for art and fashion at a young age growing up in the 80's and 90's. She fell in love with mixing classic, couture and vintage looks. In high school, she was introduced to makeup and then her entire world shifted. She realized that she could create not just outfits but FULL-ON looks and statements. For years, she has monitored fashion and beauty to master her craft in creative origination.

When launching Three21 Cosmetics, it seemed extremely necessary and important for her to be making active decisions to provide the best products for her fellow women. Kelli is a mother of two and a proud creator of art and content. She loves to be an example for her children of what a confident, self-assured, and authentic women looks like.
